Intent to Apply for CPP Renewal Certification
Please submit this form to request a personal folder to renew your CPP Certification. Once your information is received, a personal file folder will be created for you on our secure PSCBW Google Drive. An direct access link to your folder will be emailed to you, and this may take up to 3 weeks.
Once your folder contains everything required for your application, you must notify us that your application is completed and ready for our review process. Please don't hesitate reach out if have any questions or need assistance.
